Vinaigre de Xérès PX 250ml - ARVUM

A vinegar born of Pedro Ximénez, the sun-dried grape behind Andalusia's darkest, sweetest wines. Aged in oak casks under the criaderas y soleras system, it concentrates the grape's sugar into a rounded, almost syrupy acidity.

Deep mahogany colour, a nose of raisin, fig and wood. On the palate the acidity comes wrapped in a natural sweetness that hides nothing. A few drops are enough.

A LA DULA selection, perfect over a tomato salad, pan-fried liver, strawberries or a blue cheese.
