5. Return policy
All sales are final. No returns are accepted, except in the following cases:

- Order error: the product received does not match the confirmed order.
No return will be accepted if the product packaging has been opened, even in the cases listed above.
If one of these cases applies, the customer must contact us immediately by email at ladula@ladulaiberico.ch. We undertake to propose a suitable solution (replacement, credit note, etc.).
6. Complaints

7. Liability
LA DULA Sàrl undertakes to supply quality products and services. Its obligations are however best-efforts obligations, not obligations of result.
Under no circumstances may LA DULA Sàrl be held liable for indirect damages, nor be involved in a dispute between the customer and a third party (in particular an end consumer).
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All contractual relations are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, the registered office of LA DULA Sàrl.
9. Precedence
These GTC take precedence over any other general terms of the customer. Any derogation is valid only if it has been expressly agreed in writing between the parties.

These GTC are written in French. The English, German and Spanish versions are courtesy translations. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, only the French version is binding.
