Based in Geneva, at the heart of the Nations district, we are first and foremost lovers of Spanish gastronomy and terroir. From this passion, LA DULA was born, with a clear mission: to become the reference for jamón ibérico in Switzerland and to introduce Swiss food lovers to one of Spain's most emblematic specialties.
Jamón ibérico, a true national treasure, is the heart of what we offer. We import the entire range of jamón and paleta ibérico directly and exclusively — from Cebo to 100% ibérico de Bellota — from our producers Cárnicas Pozas and Juan Pedro Domecq. All our hams are hand-sliced on site in Geneva, for perfect freshness and cut, in the purest respect of Iberian craftsmanship.
We place the highest importance on transparency and quality. We strictly follow Spanish law on jamón labelling, using the official colour-code system that guarantees the origin and quality of every piece.
We offer our products to both individuals and restaurants. Whether on your table or in your favourite deli, we hope you'll soon have the chance to taste the authenticity of LA DULA!
A commitment to quality.
At LA DULA, quality is at the heart of everything we do.
We, Ana Maria and Thomas, are a Spanish-Swiss couple with a shared passion: bringing the true taste of Spain to Switzerland. To achieve this, we made a simple but essential decision: to import our products directly, personally selecting each producer to ensure impeccable quality.
Since 2021, we have been carefully selecting our partners. Our jamón ibérico de Cebo, Cebo de Campo, and Bellota — as well as our Iberian charcuterie — come from Cárnicas Pozas, in Baños de Montemayor, Extremadura. A family-run business that raises and cures their own pigs from start to finish, ensuring full traceability and an exceptionally short supply chain. Our 100% ibérico de Bellota ham, also known as Pata Negra, comes from Juan Pedro Domecq in Huelva—an essential reference in the field.
But LA DULA isn’t just about jamón. We also import our own cheeses from La Mancha and Catalonia, Spanish olives, seafood preserves from Galicia, and many other gourmet treasures—carefully selected by Ana Maria.
Each product has been carefully chosen to offer an authentic experience. And to complete our range, we also work with local artisans who share our high standards. Our wines, selected by Thomas alongside Swiss experts, our craft beers, mineral drinks, and artisanal bread are all here to elevate every tasting moment.
Walking through the door of LA DULA means stepping into a world where every product tells a story of flavor, passion, and authenticity.
👉 Taste authenticity, savor excellence!

The excellence of Pata Negra
Since 1978, in the heart of the Huelva province, Juan Pedro Domecq has raised 3,000 100% Iberian pigs (of the Lampiño-Mamellado lineage) each year, where they live freely in Dehesas and feed on wild acorns (bellotas). Winner of 6 GREAT TASTE AWARDS (2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2020), his Pata Negra embodies Spanish authenticity and craftsmanship.

The Excellence of the Extremaduran Dehesa
Located in Baños de Montemayor, in the heart of the Ambroz Valley in Extremadura, Cárnicas Pozas is a family business that controls the entire Iberian supply chain: from raising their own pigs in their Dehesas to the artisanal production of jamones, paletas, chorizos, lomos, and morcones. Fed on grass and bellotas from the Extremaduran forests, their Iberian pigs are raised with rigorous traceability, in full compliance with the Norma de Calidad del Ibérico. An ultra-short supply chain, uncompromising quality.
