Made from 100% Picual olives hand-picked at the start of the season (October), NOVO Virgen Extra is cold-extracted within 4 hours of harvest. The result: an exceptionally low acidity (0.1°) and a remarkable richness in polyphenols. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh grass, olive leaf, green almond and green banana. On the palate, a sweet, fruity attack balanced by bitter notes and a frank pepperiness on the finish — the signature of the finest Picual oils.
