Singular Picual EVOO 500ml LA DULA Edition - SATURNINO ARIAS

Almazara Saturnino Arias has been pressing olives in Guarromán, in the province of Jaén, since 1987. For this bottle we worked with the mill on a label of our own: their Singular Picual, in a square glass bottle bearing the LA DULA name.

The olives for this bottle were picked still fully green and pressed in early October 2026, within a few hours of harvest. Deep green colour. On the nose: green olive, freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, green apple and artichoke. On the palate, bitterness and pepper sit in balance; the pepper fades quickly and leaves a light, green bitterness.

A LA DULA × Saturnino Arias collaboration. Use it raw, on bread, a salad, fresh cheese or fruit. Once the bottle is empty, bring it back to the shop and we will refill it.
