The Jamón Duroc 100% «El Único» by Batallé is a Spanish benchmark for its marbled meat and tender texture, the hallmark of this pure breed raised under Slow Farming principles. Cured for 16 months in the drying cellars of Sierra Nevada (Granada), it develops a delicate aroma and a characteristic reddish colour.
