A playful and indulgent Atlantic rosé sparkling wine, reinventing the Mencía grape beneath a veil of fine, fruity bubbles.

Made from partially fermented Mencía must in an isobaric tank, this pale rosé sparkling wine reveals aromas of cherry, raspberry and violet. The palate is sweet, floral and persistent, with a fine bubble at just 7% vol.
