- What people ask us -
The questions we get most often, at the counter and by email.
Do you deliver everywhere in Switzerland?
Yes, and delivery is free from CHF 99. You can also collect your order at the shop.
What is the difference between jamón and paleta?
Jamón comes from the hind leg, paleta from the front leg. Paleta is smaller, finer in taste and cheaper per kilo. We sell both, in the four Iberian grades.
Do you sell to restaurants and delicatessens?
Yes. Write to us through this form and tell us about your business, and we will send you our trade prices.
Can we eat at the bar?
Yes, the bar is open Monday to Friday. Opening times are just below.
How long are your hams cured?
Spanish law sets a minimum of 12 months for paleta, and 20 to 24 months for jamón depending on its weight. We age ours up to 42 months.
Can you prepare a gift?
Yes. Our packs and gift baskets are in the online shop, from CHF 49.90. For a larger order or a company gift, write to us here.
