Finca La Barca is an Extremaduran estate faithful to the gastronomic tradition of the La Vera region, renowned for its exceptional farm products. This boletus and truffle pâté combines innovation and craftsmanship to deliver a result that is at once creamy, refined and deeply flavourful.

Its creamy texture, based on pasteurised fresh cheese, unites with boletus (boletus edulis) — emblematic mushrooms with an earthy, woodland flavour — and truffle to create an aromatic blend of great elegance. Gluten-free.
