On the high plateaus of Almansa, where cool continental nights preserve acidity, Dominio de Casalta produces a Chardonnay of unexpected complexity and freshness.

In brief: Dominio de Casalta Chardonnay Limited Series ⎮ 100% Chardonnay ⎮ Dominio de Casalta ⎮ DO Almansa (Castile-La Mancha).

Aged in French oak barrels, it reveals a golden colour, a rich nose of ripe apple, hazelnut, butter, vanilla and fine toast. The palate is full-bodied, fresh and creamy, with good tension and a long, well-integrated finish.
