Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos

In short: Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos (18.5%) ⎮ Palomino fino grape ⎮ Bodega Lustau, Jerez de la Frontera ⎮ DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

Aged in solera, this Amontillado begins its life under a veil of flor before undergoing oxidative ageing. The result is an amber colour and a complex nose of walnut, toasted almond and caramel. The palate is dry, broad and saline, with a long toasted finish.
