The sardine (Sardina pilchardus) is bought during the months of July, August and September, when the sardine accumulates the fat that guarantees the flavour and quality of this fish in our preserves.

Best stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume preferably within 24 hours.
