Chorizo 100% Ibérico de Bellota

This sliced chorizo is made from the meat of 100% Ibérico pigs that spent 10-12 weeks fattening on acorns on the dehesa of Extremadura.

 

Flavoured with smoked paprika and garlic this chorizo is naturally cured for a minimum of 80 days lending it a considerable depth and sweetness.
