Acorn-fed ham sliced by hand by master slicers. The unique flavor of the acorn is characterized by being soft but intense, marbled and unctuous, fine and elegant, sweet and harmonious, a treat for the 5 senses.
Fed exclusively on acorns provided by the oaks of a special pasture like a "dehesa", a unique place, these pigs eat about 9 kilos of acorns per day during the "montanera" (from November to February), to reach an optimum weight of 180 kg.
