Chorizo Extra de Cerdo Ibérico sarta type is cured following the traditional method. Its horseshoe shape is its main characteristic, in addition to being stuffed in very fine natural casings. This exquisite Iberian chorizo is made with the best meat from Iberian pigs. 
Its intense red color is provided by paprika and is what differentiates it from other sausages from other countries. It has a characteristic and intense smell and flavor.
