La Prudencia's paleta de cebo de campo center has its origin in Extremadura where the pig feeds on natural cereals, living in freedom and perfect harmony with nature, in a thousand-year-old Extremadura landscape. The ham is cured in natural drying sheds and cellars for more than 24 months using traditional artisan methods.
