Step into the ring, up your game! This is the Red Label, Paleta de Bellota. Guaranteeing that the bread is either 50% Ibérico or 75% Ibérico pork, and that it has been fed in natural pastures in its early days, before feasting on the Bellota (Acorn) for at least 60 days. We now encounter the full richness of the Ibérico pig fat flavors. Cured for a minimum of 48 months the umami flavors are well balanced. We will always love this ham all year long, especially when sharing a nice glass of red wine with our friends. A true Ibérico experience!

This product has been cut by machine and packed vacuumed sealed in Geneva (Rue Michelle-NICOD 6). We recommend storing it in the fridge once received but it can also be stored at room temperature. Never leave it under the sunlight. We sell only fresh products. For best consumption, open ten minutes before eating and let rest at room temperature.
